Public Offer

This document is the official public offer of the SMMPanel.uz website (the “Provider”) for the services listed on the site.

By registering, topping up the balance, or placing an order, the user (the “Customer”) fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer.

The Provider renders informational and promotional services for promoting accounts, pages, and posts on social networks and online platforms (followers, likes, views, comments, and similar metrics).

Services are delivered in digital form and require no shipping. An order starts automatically once payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown on the site and may be changed by the Provider unilaterally. The price valid at the moment of ordering applies.

Payment is made in advance through the payment systems available on the site. Funds are credited to the Customer’s internal balance and charged from it when placing orders.

The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided (link, account). Funds for an order not completed due to incorrect data are non-refundable.

The Provider aims to deliver the service on time and in the stated volume but does not guarantee results dependent on the rules or technical limits of third-party platforms.

The Provider may decline or cancel an order upon signs of illegal activity, fraud, or breach of this offer.

Using the services for unlawful purposes, to violate third-party rights, or to circumvent platform rules is prohibited.

The Provider is not liable for measures applied by third-party platforms (e.g. a drop in metrics).

The refund procedure is defined in the separate “Refund Policy” document.

The Provider may amend this offer. The current version is always published on this page.
